Dr. Lawrence DeLibero, D.M.D

Board Certified Periodontist

Dr. Lawrence DeLibero is a Diplomate of American Board of Periodontology and specializes in Periodontics, Implant Surgery and Oral medicine.

Dr. DeLibero completed his undergraduate studies at Washington and Lee University with a degree in Biology. He then continued his dental education at Tufts University and obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine. Completed General Residency at Park City Hospital. Dr. DeLibero completed his post-graduate training in Periodontics at Columbia University.

Dr. DeLibero was published in Implant Realities Journal. A publication from the International Team of Implantology. Dr. DeLibero has been voted a Top Dentist of Connecticut every year since 2007. 

Dr. DeLibero was an Assistant Clinical Professor, Department of Periodontics at Columbia University. He is team leader of the International Team of Implantologists Study Club. He is also the head of Spear Study Club.

These clubs are designed to mentor general dentists who are dedicated to the professional excellence. As the club’s Periodontist, he is responsible for lecturing, training, and helping those members who have periodontal questions.

Dr. DeLibero was born and raised in Trumbull, CT. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid cyclist, enjoys fly fishing, golf and traveling.

Mrs. Magdalena Miskowiak, RDH

Dental Hygienist

 Magdalena completed her degree at the Fones School of Dental Hygiene, which is the first and most prestigious school that established dental hygiene as a profession. Magdalena’s role is to promote oral hygiene by providing practices such as oral prophylaxis, administering the fluoride treatments, scaling and root planning, local antibiotics and therapeutic agents, and taking care of patient education. 

Magdalena received an award for excellence in chair-side education and is a member of the honor society Sigma Phi Alpha. Her focus is on providing high quality care to patients and educating them on how to maintain good oral health. With her caring and friendly attitude, she is committed to making hygiene appointments a comfortable and positive experience.

 In her spare time, Magdalena enjoys being with her husband and two children. She has a passion for reading, hiking, camping and listening to classical music.

Mrs. Huo Xiaoli, RDH

Dental Hygienist

Mrs. Zaida Barrientos

Dental Assistant

Zaida is an accomplished surgical dental assistant. She has been surgical assisting under Dr. DeLibero for 25 plus years. Zaida started out in the New Canaan practice, and has been with the practice ever since. Prior to becoming a Certified Dental Assistant, she began a apprenticeship with Dr. DeLibero in the New Canaan office

Zaida is profiecient in Dentrix,X-Nav, Dexis, and Radiology. Also, she is very computer savvy with an understanding in all key softwares that help run day-to-day operations.  She is also certified in CPR. All surgical procedures by Dr.DeLibero is assisted by Zaida.

Her countless effort & care with patients is irreplaceable. She is very friendly with every patient that comes to the office. 

Zaida loves spending time with her family. She has three children, and nine grandchildren. She is happily married and resides in Seymour, CT. She is known for her excellent cooking from her native spanish heritage.

Mrs. Theresa DiPasquale

Office Manager

Theresa completed her training of surgical assisting at Park City Hospital Residency Program where she worked with Dr. Delibero. Theresa has been working for Dr. Delibero for 35 plus years. She is a Certified Dental Assistant, Radiology, and also certified in CPR.

She began as a dental assitant at Dr. Delibero's practice in New Canaan, CT located on 17 1/2 Elm Street before becoming Office Manager. Theresa manages both Trumbull and Norwalk locations. She coordinates scheduling for all patients of Dr. Delibero and our hygienist.

Her goal is to accomodate the needs and concerns for every patient that walks into the office. She wants to make every patient comfortable, giving them an understanding of their particular treatment plan, and what to expact during their appointment. 

In her free time, she likes to spend time with family and friends. Also, she enjoys cooking my native italian food, and drinking fine wine. Theresa stays active by traveling, hiking, and riding my peleton bike.

Mr. Lawrence Anthony Delibero, Jr, MBA

Business Manager

Larry Jr.  recieved his undergraduate degree at Western Connecticut State University with a degree in accounting. He was awarded academic excellance and made the honor role numerous times. He particpated in extra curriculars in the Marketing Club, Accounting Society, and volunteering for VITA's tax assitance program. Larry has also recieved his Masters in Business Administration from University of Bridgeport, "Tretz School of Business". He maintained 3.7 GPA throughout the program.

Larry's work experience before becoming Business Manager at Fairfield County Perioddontics include Administrative Assistant at Nielsen Sports in Stamford, CT, Accounting Clerk at R. S Goldman Accounting in Danbury, CT. 

Here at Fairifeld County Periodontics, Larry makes sure the practice  has good financial health. He keeps track of revenues, and manages expenses. He is involved in developing relationships with  certain vendors and collagues to make sure this dental practice is one of the top performing ones in Fairfield County. He manages the marketing activities which include the website, and social media exposure. Not only that, Larry is very involved with patients and their care.

He is certified in CPR.

 In his free time, Larry loves to watch sports. His favcorite teams are the New York Mets, New York Rangers, and Dallas Cowboys. He enjoys playing hockey, watching movies, and eating pizza.
